[摘要]
为探究不同微量元素肥料用量对烤烟化学品质的影响,采用添加镁、铁、锰、锌、铜、硼、钼等元素的肥料,设置4个施肥量梯度对烤烟进行追肥处理。结果表明,增施含微量元素的肥料能够提升总糖和还原糖含量,在一定范围内增施含微量元素的肥料,糠醛、糠醇、2-乙酰基吡咯、β-二氢大马酮、β-大马酮、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-醇、法尼基丙酮、香叶基丙酮、芳樟醇、茄酮、β-环柠檬醛等香味物质含量及香气总量有所提升,但过高的施肥量又会降低香味物质的含量。施肥量为180 kg/hm2时香味物质含量最高,烟叶品质较好。

In order to explore the effects of different amounts of trace element fertilizers on the chemical quality of flue-cured tobacco, the fertilizers with magnesium, iron, manganese, zinc, copper, boron,molybdenum and other elements were used as topdressing,and 4 fertilizer application gradients were set up. The results showed that adding fertilizers containing trace elements could increase the total sugar and reducing sugar content. Within a certain range, the content of aroma substances such as furfural, furfuryl alcohol, 2-acetyl pyrrole, β-damascone, β-damascenone, 6-Methyl-5-heptene-2-one, 6-methyl-5-heptene-2-ol, farnesyl acetone, geranyl acetone, linalool, solanone, β-cyclic citral increased,but the content of aroma substances was decreased by excessive fertilizer application, but excessive fertilization would reduce the content of aroma substances. In this experiment, when the fertilization rate was 180 kg/hm2, the content of aroma substances was the highest, and the quality of tobacco leaves was better.
